This 1936 BMW 319 wears four-window cabriolet coachwork and is said to have made its way to Guatemala by the 1950s. The car was purchased by a Guatemalan collector in the late 1980s and subsequently underwent a refurbishment in the early 1990s before being imported to the US. It is said to have then spent several years in the Imperial Palace Auto Collections in Las Vegas, Nevada, before being sent to Shanghai, China, for display in 2011.
