This 1961 Maserati 3500 GT Spyder is one of approximately 250 Vignale-bodied convertibles built during five years of production and was ordered new in November 1959 before delivery in Genova, Italy, the following June. Chassis 941 was disassembled under previous ownership for the initiation of a refurbishment that stalled before completion.
