This Volkswagen-based dune buggy was built from a kit produced by Karma Coachworks Inc of Westminster, California. Known as the SR2, it is a continuation design of the Meyers Manx SR that was offered by B.F. Meyers & Co. before the departure of founder Bruce Meyers, who enlisted Stewart Reed—then a recent graduate of Art Center College of Design—to assist in its creation.
