Designed as Ferrari's mid-engine V8 successor to the Dino, the 308 was introduced in 1975, with the Targa-top GTS version following in 1977. Highlighting a coveted 5-speed gated manual, this 1978 Ferrari 308 GTS is finished in white over a brown interior and is powered by a mid-mounted 2.9-liter V8 fed by four twin-choke Weber carburetors. Presented as a very original example, it is now being offered for auction in Texas.
