About

This 1979 Datsun 280ZX is one of approximately 1,009 ZX-R Special Edition examples produced to homologate the car for entry into IMSA and SCCA racing events. It remained in the care of its original owner and their family until it was acquired by the seller in 1996, and it now shows 76k miles. Finished in Silver Mist Metallic over black upholstery, the car is powered by a 2.8-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission.
