About
This 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 was sold new through Melrose Ford of Oakland, California, in October 1982 and later modified as a tribute to the car used in the Back to the Future movies. The selling dealer first acquired the vehicle in late 2020 and subsequently updated the “time travel” equipment before selling the car on BaT in August 2021 .
