This 1936 Lagonda LG45 is one of approximately 300 examples produced between 1935 and 1937 and began its life as a drophead coupe. By 1961, the car resided in the San Francisco Bay Area, where it was modified with fabric-covered wood bodywork circa the 1970s before being sold later in the decade by brothers from a concrete company to an enthusiast and racing driver who moved to Los Altos Hills.
