HOW TO PLAY
- Look at the car. Photos, mileage, transmission, colors, title status and the seller’s highlights. The same stuff the bidders saw.
- Guess the hammer price. Type a dollar amount (“$25,000” and “25k” both work) and lock it in.
- See what it really sold for. You get the price, how far off you were, your points, and a link to the original auction.
- Do it 5 times, then share. Your score and a row of squares, no spoilers.
How scoring works
Each car is worth up to 1,000 points, so a perfect game is 5,000. You lose 20 points for every 1% you’re off, high or low, and bottom out at zero once you’re half off.
| Your guess is | Points | Square |
|---|---|---|
| Exact | 1,000 | |
| 5% off | 900 | |
| 10% off | 800 | |
| 25% off | 500 | |
| 40% off | 200 | |
| 50%+ off | 0 |
