This 1940 Ford coupe was rebuilt in 2016 as a period-style hot rod around a steel body and stock frame, which was C-notched, boxed, and powder-coated before final assembly. The rebuilt 1956 Oldsmobile 324ci Rocket V8 utilizes an Offenhauser Tri-Power intake and three Stromberg 97-style carburetors. Power is sent to a GM five-speed manual transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end.
