This 1950 Mercury Eight coupe was purchased by the seller’s grandfather in the early 1990s, and soon thereafter it was built into a lead sled at Body Shop by Ron in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. Dubbed “Plum Crazie”, it is powered by a 327ci Chevrolet V8 linked to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, and rack-and-pinion steering has been added.
