This 1954 MG TF is said to have been kept in California from new until 2013, when it was relocated to Virginia by the current owner’s late husband. A subsequent refurbishment conducted between 2016 and 2019 cost nearly $100k and involved repainting the car in green, redoing the interior in tan leather, refinishing the 1,250cc XPAG inline-four, installing a T9 five-speed manual transmission, and overhauling the suspension, brakes, and carburetors.
