This 1958 BMW 300 received cosmetic and mechanical restoration work performed by the seller, who acquired it in 2021. The car is a one of a limited number of “wide cleavage” model, so named for its two-tone paint scheme that meets aluminum trim along the sides of the body. The 298cc single and four-speed manual gearbox are said to have been rebuilt by marque specialist Bill Rogers along with the rear end.
