This 1961 Porsche 356B Roadster was modified with a 901 five-speed manual transaxle and 911-specification rear suspension and was raced throughout the mid-1960s. After being acquired as a non-running project by noted Porsche racer, engine builder, and author Duane Spencer in the mid-1980s, the car was recommissioned and used in numerous vintage races throughout the late 1980s.
