This 1967 Pontiac GTO hardtop coupe was sold new from Kessler Pontiac of New Carlisle, Ohio, and ordered with Rally I wheels, a 400ci high-output V8, a four-speed close-ratio manual transmission, a Safe-T-Track differential with optional 3.90:1 gearing, and power-assisted steering and brakes. The car underwent refurbishment work in the 1990s and again in 2008, with work including a repaint in burgundy and overhauls of the engine and transmission.
