This 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was delivered new to Chick Smith Ford in Clearwater, Florida and it was reportedly sold to the second owner in 1979. The car was placed in long-term storage shortly thereafter following an engine failure, and the 302ci V8 was first rebuilt in 2004. The seller acquired the vehicle in 2021 and the engine was rebuilt again in 2022.
