This 1977 International Harvester Loadstar 1700 was outfitted when new in a flatbed dump truck configuration and was used by the US Department of Agriculture prior to being purchased by the seller and his brother in 2016. The running project is finished in orange and outfitted with a power take-off unit, a NAPCO 9000 front axle, a dually rear axle, 20″ steel wheels, air brakes, and a diamond-plate flat dump bed.
