This 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 10th Anniversary Edition was acquired by the seller, a US Army Special Operations veteran, in 2018. The seller tells us that he and his best friend in Special Operations made commitments to each other to each purchase and build Firebirds together when they returned home from overseas. The seller’s friend passed in the line of duty in 2004, and the seller returned home disabled from combat injuries.
