This 1991 Porsche 928 GT was purchased in 1996 by the seller, who commissioned a 2005 rebuild of its V8 that included a displacement increase to 5.4 liters as well as the installation of Carrillo connecting rods, Mahle pistons, refurbished cylinder heads, and custom exhaust headers. Another engine rebuild three years later included Nikasil-coating the cylinders and additional tuning of the engine-management system.
